The EUIdeas research festival
EUIdeas: The Power of Knowledge is the EUI’s flagship research and public engagement event, sharing the name of this thought leadership platform and creating a space where ideas move beyond the digital sphere and into direct exchange. As part of the Institute’s anniversary celebrations, the 2026 edition convenes academics, policymakers, civic actors, and the wider public around the role of knowledge in addressing Europe’s most pressing challenges.
Across a full day of discussions, thematic sessions, and informal encounters, EUIdeas fosters dialogue between research and society. It is where the conversation continues face to face—connecting disciplines, perspectives, and communities—while highlighting the EUI’s contribution to shaping informed debate and supporting Europe’s future through knowledge.
